针对火炮身管在射击过程中形成的横向裂纹,运用弹塑性有限元接触理论,基于 GTN 细观损伤原理,引入了坡膛材料的初始损伤及累计损伤模型。对弹带挤进冲击坡膛的过程进行了模拟数值分析,建立了弹带挤进冲击坡膛的显式非线性有限元模型。对在两种不同结构坡膛条件下的弹带挤进过程进行分析计算,得到了挤进过程坡膛的动力学响应,并通过计算分析了坡膛结构变化对挤进冲击力的影响,得出相应规律性结论,揭示了坡膛结构因素所导致的内膛出现横向裂纹的形成机理。%In view of the cannon gun tube transverse cracks formed in the process of shooting , it uses the elastic-plastic contact finite element theory , builds a model of the bore based on the principle of GTN mesoscopic dam-age, analyzes the initial damage and progressive damage , presents failure of material .Based on dynamic finite element model it studies the impacting and engraving process of the band , simulates the impacting and engraving processes for two differentbore structures and obtains their dynamic responses , reveales the mechanism of crack initiation.
