基于内置传感器的数控机床动态加工误差测量方法

         

摘要

Taking the HJ044 dual rotary table five-axis numercial control ( NC) machine tool as an example , using the built-in sensor information of machine tool and the theory of multi-body system as basis , and built kinematics modeling of tools related to parts , a dynamic machining error online monitoring method of NC machine tool based on build -in sensors was put forward .The method was di-rectly used of the machine tool encoders or grating ruler of built-in sensor for information acquisition such as machine tool all axis mo-tion displacement , and combined with kinematics model of the machine to measure machining error induced by dynamic charaateristics of the machine tool .The experiment shows that this method is an effective and simple dynamic machinining error onling monitoring and measuring method of NC machine tool .%以HJ044双转台型五轴联动数控机床为例,以机床内置传感器信息和多体系统理论为基础,建立了刀具相对工件的运动学模型,提出了一种基于内置传感器信息的动态加工误差测量方法。该方法利用机床编码器或光栅尺等机床内置传感器信息获取机床各轴运动位移,并结合机床运动学模型,测量由机床的动态特性引起的加工误差。并通过实验表明该方法是一种简单有效的数控机床动态加工误差测量方法。
