减振器性能匹配试验台测控系统设计

         

摘要

Shock absorber performance test rig is a test equipment to simulate a quarter of vehicle suspension vibration system , its measurement and control system is consisted of data acquisition card , USB/RS485 converter, computer and measurement and con-trol software.The measurement and control software was designed based on VC , including signal acquisition , frequency control, real-time waveform display and data processing , using multi-threaded parallel structure .The acquisition of the force , displacement , velocity and acceleration was realized based on the data acquisition board , the serial data communication between computer and frequency con-verter was realized based on Modbus protocol , digital filtering was adopted to realize real-time filtering processing , data storage was re-alized combining with the correlation function of VC .The experimental results verify the high stability of the measurement and control system which meets the test requirement with the accuracy data , reliable communication .%减振器性能匹配试验台是模拟整车1/4悬架振动系统的试验设备,其测控系统由数据采集卡、USB/RS485转换器、 计算机和测控软件构成.测控软件基于VC设计,包括信号采集、 调频控制、 实时波形显示和数据处理4个部分,采用多线程并行结构.基于数据采集板卡实现了被测试力、 位移、 速度和加速度的采集,基于Modbus协议实现了计算机与变频器之间的串行数据通信,采用数字滤波实现实时滤波处理,结合VC中的相关函数实现数据存储.试验结果验证了测控系统稳定工作,所得数据准确,通信可靠,满足试验要求.
