基于ANSYS的海洋钻井隔水管张紧液压系统的结构设计研究

         

摘要

A brief introduction to the function of the tensioner in offshore drilling and the current research situation in China were made.The operation modes of the compensation system and the tension modes of the cable-type tensioner and direct action tensioner ( DAT) were expounded .Through comparing the advantages and disadvantages , the passive DAT system was chosen as the design scheme.The DAT system' s structural components and design principles were described in detail .The important component hydraulic cylinder was designed .Based on the 3D model built with UG , parts of systems were conducted with static analysis using ANSYS Work-bench.Through checking the dangerous positions and optimization , it was proved that the design was reasonable .Finally, hydraulic cylinders'vibration natural frequency was gotten through conducting modal analysis .Hydraulic cylinders would not appear resonance phenomenon .Therefore the system ' s reliability is ensured and technical support is provided for hydraulic system ' s design .%介绍海洋钻井隔水管张紧器的功能以及国内技术研究现状,阐述3种补偿系统的工作方式以及钢丝绳式和直接作用式两种张紧形式,通过对比优缺点,选择被动式直接作用型张紧器作为设计方案.具体描述了直接作用式张紧器的结构组成以及设计原则,并对隔水管张紧系统的重要部分液压缸进行设计计算.以用UG建立的三维模型为基础,通过ANSYS Workbench对张紧器系统的部分本体零件进行静力分析,查看零件的危险位置,并进行优化改进,表明设计的合理可行性.对液压缸整体进行了模态分析,得到液压缸的振动固有频率,确定液压缸正常工作时不会出现共振现象,保证了系统的可靠性,给隔水管张紧液压系统设计提供技术支持.
