基于RMS特性的RV减速器的故障防控分析

         

摘要

The Rotate Vector (RV) reducer is used as the research object , and the reliability, maintainability and supportability (RMS) index of which seriously restricts the performance of the later use , therefore, the integrated design based on fault prevention and control is put forward .Firstly, fault tree analysis was used to analyze the fault mechanism of RV reducer , according to its fault re-quirement, a fault model of RV reducer was established .Then, drawing lessons from the method of integrated analysis function model-ing, through the coordination and balance between the various performance indicators , the RMS analysis steps were improved .The plat-form of RMS based on fault prevention and control is used , which provides an efficient method for the diagnosis , prevention and detec-tion of RV reducer fault , also provides technical support for structural optimum design of RV reducer .%以RV减速器为研究对象,其可靠性、 维修性和保障性(RMS)指标严重制约着其后期使用的性能,因此,提出了基于故障防控为中心的一体化设计.利用故障树分析RV减速器故障机制,根据其故障需求,建立RV减速器故障模型.借鉴一体化分析功能建模的方法,经过各个性能指标之间的协调和权衡,完善了RMS分析步骤.基于故障防控的RMS平台的运用,为RV减速器故障的诊断、 防控和检测提供了一种高效的分析方法,也为RV减速器的优化设计提供了技术支持.
