高压油泵在流固耦合作用下的结构强度分析

         

摘要

高压油泵结构紧凑、工作压力高,在高压下仍可保持较高的效率,对其结构强度进行分析十分重要。以某柴油机高压单体泵为研究对象,采用Hypermesh有限元软件做前处理建立有限元模型,利用Fluent软件对油泵泵油阶段的流体有限元模型进行流体分析,得到过程中的油压分布。然后利用Abaqus软件将最大油压时刻的油压分布通过插值映射到油泵的结构有限元模型中对相关部件进行强度分析,得到各部件应力分布情况。通过这种耦合的方法来进行高压油泵的结构强度分析,对于以后高压油泵的设计及优化提供更好的指导及参考。%A high pressure oil pump has the advantages of compact structure,high working pressure,and it can still maintain a high efficiency when it is working,so it is very important to analyze its structural strength. A high-pressure diesel monomer pump is the research object,it is using the finite element software Hypermesh to do the pretreatment of the finite element model,then using Fluent software to analysis the fluid finite element model when it pumped oil to obtain the distribution of oil pressure in the process of pumping oil. And then it is using Abaqus software to analyze the strength of the related components of the model through mapping oil pressure at the time of the maximum oil pressure distribution to the model by the structure finite element interpolation,so it can obtain the stress distribution of each component. According to this coupling method to analyze the structural strength of high pressure oil pump,it provided the better guidance and reference for the design and optimization of high pressure oil pump.
