在车削加工中影响加工表面质量的因素有很多，从分析零件表面质量对产品性能的影响入手，采取相应的措施，就可以获得较理想的加工表面质量。在这些影响因素中，车削刀片是关键因素之一。讨论了车削刀片尖角半径的性能特点及其参数的变化对加工质量的影响；并分析了所带来的问题及其原因。通过实验给出了车削刀片尖角半径参数选择的一些建议，以供参考。%There are various factors that influence the processing surface quality during turning processing. It's a good way to an-alyze the influence of surface quality on product performance and adopt corresponding measures to get ideal processing surface quality. Among all the factors that influence the processing surface quality,cutting blade is one of the keys. The performance characteristics of fillet radius of cutting blade were discussed. The different processing results,problems and their reasons caused by fillet radius of cut-ting blade were studied. Finally,by actual experiments,some suggestions on how to select the fillet radius of cutting blade were put forward for reference.
