基于S TM32微处理器的光栅信号处理方法的研究

         

摘要

As the main controller in the motion control system of three dimensional (3-D)mobile platform,the Grating feedback signals were disposed,and the corresponding instructions were sent in real time by the STM32 Micro-processor.Aiming at the defect that,the digit and the count way in Micro-processor was not applicable for the 3-D mobile platforms with a large stroke,a method to expand the count digit and way sensing was given,how to choose a reasonable query cycle was discussed,and extending grating meas-uring length was extended,which realized the application in platform.Experiments prove that this method counts accurately,has high reliability,and can meet the processing demand of the grating signal.%在三维移动平台运动控制系统中,STM32微处理器作为主控制器实时地处理光栅尺反馈信号和发送相应指令。由于微处理器中计数器的位数和计数方式,不适宜在大行程三维移动平台中应用,针对这一缺陷,给出了扩展计数器位数和辨向的方法,探讨如何选择合理的查询周期,延长光栅尺的测量长度,实现在平台上的应用。实验证明:该方法计数准确、可靠性高,满足光栅尺信号的处理要求。
