The 3D field flow model of the flapper-nozzle servo valve was built based on computational fluid dynamics method, and the full field flow simulation analysis was done by Fluent. In the simulation process,the parameters optimization design of local structure of the servo valve was done. The simulation analysis results provide effective reference for the structure design of servo valve.%基于计算流体动力学方法,对喷嘴挡板伺服阀内部流道进行了三维建模,并利用Fluent进行了全流道的仿真分析,在分析过程中对伺服阀的局部结构进行了参数优化设计。仿真分析结果可以有效地为伺服阀结构设计提供有效的参考依据。
