The education based on CDIO is an advanced education idea,which develops team spirit and improves practical abili-ty. Hydraulic & pneumatic is a strong practical course. Remarkable effect can be achieved by using the CDIO theory in hydraulic &pneumatic teaching. The opening simulation experiment system was established through using German FESTO company's pneumatic teaching platform and hydraulic &pneumatic simulation software-FluidSIM. The experimental team was composed of 3~6 students. They could be free to design experiments by using the simulation experiment system and solve all problems independently. Thus the CDIO training goal is achieved.%基于CDIO的教育是培养团队精神、动手实践能力的一种先进教育理念。液压与气动课程是一门实践性较强的课程，将CDIO教育理念运用到液压与气动教学中，能取得显著的教学效果。运用德国FESTO公司的气动教学平台和液压气动仿真软件FluidSIM，建立了开放性的仿真实验系统，每个实验小组有3～6名学生，利用该仿真实验系统，自由进行实验设计并独立解决问题，从而达到CDIO培养目的。
