基于威布尔分布的数控机床可靠性分析

         

摘要

By collecting and packing up a series of numerical control (NC)machine tool truncated failure data,the data were assumed to be two parameter Weibull distribution and related parameters were obtained. At the same time,the relevant inspection and test of hypothesis were validated,and the mathematical model of batch of NC machine tool failure interval time distribution was conclu-ded. Moreover the related index of reliability of NC machine tools are determine,as well as its observation values,point and region es-timation,and etc. ,which provide reference for reliability research of the machine tool.%通过对一系列数控机床截尾故障数据进行了收集整理,假设数据服从二参数威布尔分布并求得相关参数,同时进行了相关性检验和假设检验的验证,得出了该批数控机床故障间隔时间分布的数学模型,进而确定了数控机床可靠性的相关指标,机床的观测值、点估计及区间估计等指标值为机床可靠性研究提供了参考。
