基于MRFAC的液压双缸同步控制系统设计与仿真

         

摘要

According to the specification of the die spotting press for automobile manufacturing,a novel dual-cylinder synchro-nous control strategy,in which propotional flow control vavle was used in the main oil circuit while the servo valve was utilized in the subsidary oil circuit,was adopted in the sychoronous control system. Through specific calculation,the mathmatical model of the key parts in the system were identified,thus the transfer fuction of the control system was established. Furthermore,the dual-cylinder control strategy was discussed and compared. Eventually,by referring to the idea of model reference adaptive control theory,the hy-draulic dual-cylinder synchronous control system based on model reference fuzzy adaptive control (MRFAC ) was established. Through simulation,the property was tested,the sychoronou error was analyzed,and the feasibility and efectivenss were validated. Compared with traditional PID control,the MRFAC has higher synchronous precision,better robustness and is more appropriate to the requirement of hydraulic dual-cylinder control system of the die spotting press.%  依据汽车用模具研配压力机的工作规范要求,设计了配套的液压同步控制系统。通过比较当今常用的同步控制方案,确定了在主油路上采用双比例流量阀、并且在旁路采用伺服阀同时控制的双缸同步控制策略。通过计算确定了系统中关键环节的数学模型,从而获得了控制系统的传递函数的具体表达式。进一步,对双缸同步控制策略进行了探讨与比较,根据模型参考自适应控制原理的思想,建立了基于模型参考模糊自适应控制(MRFAC)的双缸同步控制系统。利用仿真测试了其性能,分析系统的同步误差,验证其可行性与有效性。结果表明:MRFAC控制策略较传统的PID控制策略的同步控制精度更高,鲁棒性更好,更加适合该压力机同步精度的要求。
