Based on the working principle of hydraulic servo control system in wireline formation tester,a pump-out module with complicated flow channel mechanical structure was designed and the control scheme of hydraulic servo system in wireline formation tester was studied.By establishing the mathematical model of the system,MATLAB was used to analyze the control performance of the system.The results show that the designed system can meet the demand of the wireline formation tester.%基于电缆地层测试器液压伺服控制系统的工作原理,设计一种具有复杂流道结构的泵抽排模块;研究电缆地层测试器液压伺服系统控制方案,建立系统的数学模型,运用MATLAB对系统的控制性能进行仿真分析.结果表明:该系统能够满足电缆地层测试器的工作需要.
