基于故障树的动臂塔机液压顶升系统可靠性仿真分析

         

摘要

动臂塔机液压顶升系统可靠性直接影响整机安全性。根据系统实际结构组成构建故障树,运用蒙特卡洛算法对其液压系统进行可靠性仿真评估,得到可靠度曲线,找出影响系统可靠性的薄弱点,提出改进可靠性的方法,为液压顶升系统进一步优化和维修提供参考,具有一定的工程实际应用价值。%The reliability of the hydraulic lifting system of tower crane directly affects safety of the whole machine. Fault tree was built according to the actual structure of the system,the reliability simulation evaluation about the hydraulic lifting system was made based on Monte-Carlo algorithm,reliability curves were obtained,the weak points influencing the reliability were found,the improved ways for this system were concluded. It provides reference for the further optimization and maintenance of the hydraulic lifting system and has certain engineering application value.
