随着托盘在现代物流业中的不断普及，其生产的重要性也日趋增大，木制托盘占托盘主导地位，为了促进物流业的发展，开发木托盘的生产线已刻不容缓。通过分析木托盘的生产工艺及研究目前木托盘生产过程中存在的问题，针对木托盘生产流水线中的关键设备---自动液压打钉机进行详细设计，并介绍了打钉机的结构和设计方法，为木托盘生产线的设计提供参考。%Pallet's production line become more and more important,as its popularization in logistics industry. Wooden pallet holds a leading position in pallet area. An automatic hydraulic nailing machine which was the key machine in production line was de-signed by analyzing the manufacture process of wooden pallet and researching the problem in-process,and the structure and design method of the nailing machine were introduced. This research can offer reference for the design of wooden pallets'production line.
