为了使脉诊仪的工作符合中医传统切脉习惯,设计了基于仿生学的气动柔性智能脉诊仪。以柔性致动器作为脉诊仪的驱动机构来驱动前端的传感器获取脉象数据,分析了脉诊仪传感器触点位置与柔性致动器内腔压力的数学关系,通过电磁阀调节进入柔性致动器内腔的气体压力来实现脉诊仪触点的运动。临床应用表明:该设计提高了脉诊仪的柔顺性和稳定性,实现了切脉的布指定位功能。%In order to make the process of pulse diagnosis in line with traditional Chinese medicine habits,pneumatic flexible pulse diagnosis instrument was designed based on bionics. On the basis of analysis of the relationship between position of sensor con-tacts and internal gas pressure of actuators,flexible actuator,which was the driven mechanism of pulse diagnosis instrument,drove the front pressure sensor to obtain pulse data. Moreover,solenoid valves were used to adjust the input gas pressure of flexible actuators to change movement of contacts. The results of clinic trials show that the designs can improve compliance and dependability and achieve the function of finger’s arrangement and position.
