高压活塞式蓄能器结构设计

         

摘要

活塞式蓄能器是储存能量的高压容器.设计新型的高压活塞密封结构,并从理论上计算蓄能器缸筒壁厚和法兰与缸筒的螺纹连接强度.用有限元软件分析蓄能器的结构强度,满足设计要求.通过对活塞式蓄能器进行耐压和疲劳试验,结果表明:气密性良好且无泄漏.试验结果验证了活塞密封结构及整体结构设计的合理性,因此设计的活塞式蓄能器能很好地满足实际使用要求.%Piston accumulator is a high-pressure vessel. A new high-pressure piston seal structure was designed. The cylinder thickness and the thread connection strength between flange and cylinder were calculated. Finite element analysis software was using to test the structural strength. Through testing the piston accumulator pressure and durability performance, it is shown that its air-tightness is good and has no leak. It is verified that the piston seal structure and the overall structural design are reasonable. It can well meet the actual requirements.
