Three important compound and adjusting functions about mechanical electro-hydraulic united system for KOBELCO SK-8 hydraulic excavator were discussed in detail. According to the data observation and analysis during adjusting process, the controlling system of the engine, the cooperation between the engine and the load ( hydraulic pump ), and the cooperation between the operating lever of the hydraulic system and opening of the unloading valve were checked. Making summaty & conclusion for causes of poor cooperation and checked positions.%对神钢SK-8系列挖掘机机、电、液一体化的三项匹配内容做了具体阐述;通过调试过程中的数据观测与分析,检查发动机自身控制系统、发动机与负载(液压泵)间、液压系统操纵杆与卸载阀开度间的对应配合关系.对配合失调的原因与检测部位做了归纳与总结.
