液驱混合动力车辆控制系统硬件在环仿真

         

摘要

A processor -in-the-loop debug system ( PILSS) for the control system of hydraulic hybrid vehicle ( HHV ) was presented.In which, the processor hardware component was one of the three ECU, which mainly response for power management of HHv; PC, CAN and simulation software developed with C ++ Builder were used to simulate the other two ECU Based on the designed PILSS, debug was carried out.The debug result indicates that the PILSS has the ability to verify validity of the software, to deerease danger in the whole vehicle test and to avoid unuecessary loss.%提出一种针对控制器开发的硬件在环仿真调试平台,并应用于液驱混合动力车辆控制系统的开发过程中.利用该平台对液驱混合动力车辆控制系统进行仿真及初步调试.研究结果表明:该平台能够验证电子控制单元软件算法和控制模式的正确性与合理性,降低实车调试的危险程度,从而可以避免调试过程中不必要的损失,提高控制系统研发的效率与质量.
