金属板材液压成形监控系统的设计与开发

         

摘要

以VC++6.0、ADO数据库引擎和Microsoft Access数据库为工具,以模块化和面向对象的编程理念开发了板材液压成形监控系统,重点介绍该系统的加载曲线数据管理模块、采样数据管理模块、曲线动态显示模块和液压机动作及加工过程控制模块的编程实现方法.该系统实现了上位机控制液压机动作、选择加载工艺曲线、动态监控工艺过程、采集和管理实验数据等功能,实现了液压成形过程的智能化、自动化、信息化和柔性化.%With the programming idea of modularization and object-oriented, the monitoring system of sheet hydroforming was developed by VC ++ 6.0, ADO database engine and Microsoft Access Database as tools.Particular emphasis was laid on programming realization method of load-curve data management module, sampling data management module, curve dynamic display module, hydrostatic machine movement and process control module.This system has realized hydrostatic machine movement control in upper computer, process load-curve selection, process dynamic monitoring, empirical data management function and etc.It has realized intelligence, automation, information and flexibility in the hydroforming process.
