基于逻辑分析法的自动变速器液压系统设计

         

摘要

The analysis and design of automatic transmission hydraulic control system is difficult, mainly because the different types of automatic transmission have different mechanical structure and control mode which makes them match different hydraulic control system.The more common hydraulic control system was designed by using logical analysis method, based on analyzing and understanding a variety of automatic transmission hydraulic control system.By only knowing work status at different shift-time of transmission actuator in the component table, the hydraulic control systems corresponding to the actuator table were comprehensively and systematically designed.Also the feasibility analysis of their shift solenoid valve control state was made using logic analysis method and the rationality of the designed hydraulic system was authenticated.%自动变速器液压控制系统的分析和设计比较繁琐和困难,主要原因在于不同类型的自动变速器在机械结构和控制方式上有较大差异,这就使得与其相匹配的液压控制系统也各有特点.在分析了解各种自动变速器液压控制系统的基础上,运用逻辑分析法推导和设计出一套较通用的液压控制系统,只需已知变速器执行元件表中各个执行元件在不同挡位时的工作状态,就可比较全面、系统地设计出与执行元件表相对应的液压控制系统,并且能够运用逻辑分析法对其换挡电磁阀控制状态进行可行性分析以及验证所设计的液压系统的合理性.
