直廓环面蜗杆的点轨迹数控成型方法及编程原理

         

摘要

采用传统方法加工直廓环面蜗杆时,必须采用较复杂的专用机床和回转工作台附件,其应用受到限制.提出一种加工直廓环面蜗杆点轨迹成型的新方法.该方法在通用的三轴联动数控车床上,利用车刀刀尖沿插补圆轨迹切削,一次往返后进刀,只要保证刀尖进刀方向线始终与啮合蜗轮基圆相切,则可替代由直线刀刃实现的直廓环面蜗杆的传统方法,不需特殊设备.实验证明:这种方法正确可靠,操作调整简单灵活,加工范围大,特别适于推广使用.%When machining the Hindley worm by traditional method, more complicated special machine tool and rotational table must be employed and its application are limited. A new forming method called point-trajectory for machining Hindley worm was proposed. The space-surface of the worm were formed through cutting by the nose cutting edge moving along interpolation circle trajectory on a NC lathe with 3D function after each reciprocating motion, so long as the nose cutting edge fed along a specified locus which was throughout in tangent to the base circle of the worm gear. This approach can be employed to replace the traditional method which usescutter' s linear cutting edge and no special equipments are needed. The experiment tests prove that the new method is correct, reliable and the operation and adjustment are ease and flexible with wide scope of machining. It is very useful for its wide applications.
