逆向工程中数据测量技术及测量误差研究

         

摘要

Based on the principle of CMM, data acquisition was studied on integrity and accuracy of data measuring through a great amount of experiments. Through orthogonal test, the influence of LSH800 parameters setting for measurement accuracy was analyzed. Analyzing surface characteristic of test workpiece (such as surface color, inclination, surface curvature, luster, etc) , the effect of different surface character on measuring data was obtained. Experiment results show that in order to get perfect point cloud, the reasonable measurement planning should be established, the appropriate measuring parameter should be chosen and necessary surface preparation should be done.%在研究三坐标测量原理的基础上,通过大量的实验,从数据测量的完整性、精确性方面对数据采集问题进行了研究.通过正交实验,分析LSH800参数设置对测量精度的影响;分析待测件表面特征,如表面颜色、倾斜度、光泽等对测量结果的影响,得到不同表面特征对测量数据的影响规律.结果表明:选择合适的测量参数、进行合理的测量方案规划是得到完整点云数据的保证.
