The method of hydraulic lifting system faults in mining vehicle was introduced, and it was checked rapidly online by the new hydraulic system analyzer. With the T type tie-in connecting the analyzer, and closing the relative oil circuit in the system, then loading in the system, the performance parameter of the pumps, the control valves and the cylinders can be checked by the analyzer to diagnose faults in system.
