超短接触旋流反应器内传质特性的试验研究

         

摘要

介绍了用于超短接触旋流反应器内传质特性研究的冷态试验装置,以FCC催化剂为固相,用空气代替原料油雾化蒸汽来研究旋流反应器内不同截面浓度场分布规律和分离效率.通过研究发现旋流反应器内沿轴向可以分为三个区域:高效接触反应区,主要分离区和汽提区.强大的离心力场保证了原料油气与催化剂的接触即分离,体现了反应器的超短接触特性.效率测试的结果表明:旋流反应器对催化剂的分离效率较高,在试验工况下始终保持在99%以上.%It introduces a cold model which can be used to research the characteristics of the mass transfer in the quick-contact cyclone reactor. The solid phase is FCC catalyst, and air is used to take place of oil atomization steam. The purpose of the experiment is to research the distribution of particle and gas in different position and the disperse efficiency. Based on the results, it can be defined three different areas in the axial direction: high efficient contracting and reacting area, dominant dispersing area, stripping area Powerful centrifugal field guarantees the separation of oil atomization steam and catalyst as soon as they are contacting which is just embodies the characteristics of quick- contact of the reactor.
