簇绒地毯装备中主轴系统多组多连杆机构位置同步分析

         

摘要

During weaving tufting carpet,synchronization of multi-group and multi-linkage mechanism position is a key to affect the product weaving accuracy.ln order to improve resolution of tufted carpet and to enhance the quality ofcarpet,the composition of the main axis system of the typical tufting machine and basic principle of the carpet tufting is introduced first in this paper;Then synchronization of multi-group and multi-linkage mechanism position are respectively analyzed from the phase angle distribution of crank on the main axis and hinge clearance respectively.And the position change data of multi-linkage mechanism of tufting needle is obtained by simulation. Finally, a conclusion is drawn that the inconformity of phase angle distribution of the crank on the main axis and the backlash angle at hinge are the main factors that impact the quality of tufting carpet.And the needle tufting height error produced by the phase angle distribution of crank and hinge clearance can not be ignored.%在地毯织造过程中,多组多连杆机构位置同步问题影响产品织造精度的关键.为了提高簇绒地毯分辨率,提升地毯的品质,针对典型簇绒机主轴系统,首先介绍了系统组成及地毯簇绒的基本原理;然后分别从曲柄在主轴上的相角分布及铰链处游隙的角度,分析多组针多连杆机构的位置同步问题,并通过仿真获得同步位置变化数据.最后,得出曲柄在主轴上的相角分布不一致及铰链处游隙均为影响簇绒地毯品质关键因素的结论,二者所产生簇绒针连杆机构位置高度误差不可忽略.
