高速皮革裁剪机伺服控制系统多目标优化

         

摘要

According to urgent need for high speed leather cutting machine, three-ring PID control strategy of servo system is proposed,the mathematical model of servo feed system is built and the simulation block diagram of control system is created based on SimulinlcSellte time and ISE performance index are taken as optimal objectives, overshoot and the peak value of controller's output are taken as constraints, to build muli-objective optimization model of speed PI controller.In iSIGHT environment,NSGA-ll is chosen to solve the optimization problem,and to gel optimal solution according to the sorting of Pareto optimal solution set.The optimization result is compared with traditional genetic algorithm,showing that the dynamic characteristics are more superior by multi-objective optimization method.lt has engineering practical value for further improving the leather cutting speed.%针对皮革裁剪机迫切向高速化方向发展的需求,首先提出了皮革裁剪机伺服系统三环PID控制策略,建立了伺服进给系统的数学模型和控制系统Simulink仿真模型.以调节时间和ISE性能指标为优化目标,以超调量和控制器输出的峰值为约束条件,建立皮革裁剪机速度PI控制器的多目标优化模型.在iSIGHT环境下,采用带精英策略的非支配排序遗传算法NSGA-Ⅱ对多目标优化模型进行求解,在生成的Pareto最优解集的基础上排序选出最优解.将优化结果与传统遗传算法比较,结果表明,采用多目标优化方法获得了更加优良的动态特性.对进一步提高高速皮革裁剪机的裁剪速度具有很好的工程实用价值.
