自升式海上风电安装船升降控制系统的设计

         

摘要

Jacking control system is a key part of self-elevating offshore wind turbine installation vessel, whose stability guarantees the smoothly lifting and dropping of legs and vessel platform.Jacking control system adopts the control system of PLC which is based on PROFIBUS-DP field bus and the distributed control strategy to achieve the control of lifting and dropping of vessel and legs, regulating the balance of the vessel.In addition,the operation of WinCC configuration software in the upper computer fulfills the whole process of monitoring the wind turbine installation vessel, including working condition and fault information of field device such as the working pressure, oil temperature and liquid level of hydraulic system. Through the research,it is proved that the control system has the advantages of high reliability, safety, and simple structure,satisfying the jacking requirements of the vessel platform.%升降控制系统是自升式风电安装船升降装置中的关键部分,其稳定性是桩腿和船体平台顺利实现升降的保证.采用基于PROFIBUS-DP现场总线的PLC控制系统及分布式控制策略,进行海上风电安装船体和桩腿的升降控制、调节船体平衡状态,并通过运行在上位机的WinCC组态软件实现对风电安装船的全过程监控,包括液压系统的工作压力、工作油温、油箱液位等现场设备的工作状态和故障信息.试验运行表明,该系统可靠性和安全性高,结构简单,能够满足船体平台的升降要求.
