在全球网络化制造的背景下,提出基于应用服务提供商的刀具在线设计与仿真模型,进行了系统总体设计,包括体系结构设计和功能设计,给出了系统各模块的具体功能.然后,采用UML技术对刀具CAD系统进行建模,给出了基于UML的刀具CAD系统建模过程模型,建立了系统BusinessUse Case图、Activity图、Use Case图和Interaction图.最后,基于ASP.NET技术,使用Visual Studio.NET2003开发环境,以VB.NET作为主要语言,开发了基于应用服务提供商的螺杆成形铣刀CAD及仿真子系统原型系统,试运行结果证明了方案的可行性.%Under the background of the global network manufacturing, online designing and simula-tion models for cutting tools based on application service provider are proposed in it,in which the system design covering architecture design and function design with specific function description for each module is carried out.Then,models of cutting tools CAD system are built by using UML technology, the process models based on UML technology is given as weII,meanwhile the system Business Use Case diagrams,Ac-tivity diagrams,Use Case diagrams and Interaction diagrams are established.Finally,by using ASP.NET technology and Visual Studio.NET2003 development platform as well as using VB.NET as the main devel-opment language, a prototype system on CAD and simulation sub-system of screw-formed milling cutter based on ASP is developed ,which is rectified through trial test to be feasible.
