Based on the virtue of constrained cyclic variable method, a setof new search directions is proposed to enhance the performance of constrained cyclic variable method in this paper, and the improved method was similar in the iterative steps to constrained cyclic variable method. Several examples showed that this improved method has more calculated precision and stability than constrained cyclic variable method.%在利用约束变量轮换法优点的基础上，建立了一组新的搜索方向，迭代过程类似于约束变量轮换法，并使约束变量轮换法的效能得到加强。通过实例分析显示，它具有比约束变量轮换法更高的计算精度和稳定性。
