The operation principal of double inlet and double outlet ball mill was introduced. These problems often occur such as the classiifer blocking, powder leaking, the spiral vane damaging, and the support rod fracturing during actual operation. The main reason of the support rod fracture was analyzed, and several structural improvement and optimization methods were introduced.
