用锻轧冲组合法生产带锥度环形件的研究

         

摘要

锻轧组合法生产环形锻件比完全用自由锻法(锻冲法)生产环形锻件效率高、余量小,但生产带锥度环形锻件时则受到一定限制。对于用自由锻法生产带锥度环形锻件,若不在冲压前增加机加工工序,则会在端面平整度控制等方面出现质量问题。提出了一种利用锻造压机与轧环机联合制坯,再在锻造压机上进行胎膜成形锥形件的锻轧冲组合工艺方法,并推导出了可用于冲头模具设计与环件的工艺及质量控制的关于胎膜冲头斜角与摩擦系数间的关系表达式。用该新工艺方法生产出了高精度带锥度环形锻件,降低了生产制造成本。该工艺方法可运用于批量生产带锥度环形件锻件,提高经济效益。%The combining method of forging and rolling a ring has the advantage of high efifciency and low tolerance comparison with the complete open die forging method (forging and punching method) but it has certain limitation for the ring with conical degree. For the combining method of forging and punching the ring with conical degree, there are quality problems of the irregularities of the end if machining is not added in the middle. The combining method of forging, rolling and punching the ring with conical degree is studied and proposed, where a prepared block is produced by a forging press and the ring rolling machine, a ring with conical degree is produced by loose tooling forging under press. The relationship expression formula of the punch angle and friction coefifcient is deducted and established for die design, process design and the ring quality control. The high precision ring with conical degree has been produced by the new combination method and the production cost is reduced. The new method can be used for batch production of the ring with conical degree to increase the economic proift.
