三代核蒸汽发生器汽水分离器制造技术

         

摘要

三代核蒸汽发生器的汽水分离器尺寸和重量较二代加都显著提高,结构和制造工艺复杂、安装精度高、装焊要求高。本文通过对第三代先进压水堆核蒸汽发生器中的汽水分离器制造关键技术进行研究,从机加工技术、叶片压制成型及检测、冷作装配和焊接四个方面入手,通过大量试验、探索、加工模拟件等,分别对旋风叶片、旋风筒组件、一级分离器下段等组件的下料、机械加工、检测、焊接、工装等进行研制。采用创新技术进行加工、检测和装配精度控制,成功实现整套分离器制造。%The primary separator of the third generation nuclear steam generator has a bigger size and a heavier weight than the secondary generation, which has a complicate structure and manufacturing process, installation of high precision, assembling and welding of high requirements. In this article have been studied the key manufacturing techniques of the primary separator of advanced pressurized water reactor nuclear steam generator, such as machining techniques, blade press forming and detecting, cold working assembly and welding. Through a lot of experiments, exploration, processing simulation, respectively on laying-off, machining, testing, welding and tooling of swirl vane assembly, cyclone separator, primary separator lower riser etc. have been developed. Innovative technology has been used in processing, testing and assembly precision control, the whole separator was manufactured successfully.
