Strengthening science and technology innovation is the only way for the development of agricultural scientific research institutions. In this paper, achievements of agricultural science and technology innovations of Xinjiang Academy of agricultural scientific in recent years were summarized, and the existing problems were analyzed. New ideas for promoting agricultural science and technology innovation in Xinjiang were proposed, which concerning improving mechanism of innovation, integrating various resources, strengthening capital investment, and personnel training. This will provide references to agricultural mechanism reform and to agricultural technology collaborative innovation.%加强农业科技创新是农业科研机构创新发展的必由之路。文章总结了新疆农业科学院近年来在农业科技创新方面取得的成效，分析了存在的问题，并提出了健全农业科技创新机制、整合各类资源、加强资金投入和人才培养等促进新疆维吾尔自治区农业科技创新的思路，以期为农业机制改革、农业科技协同创新提供参考。
