汽车类专业人才培养普遍存在着教学与企业实际工作"不挂钩、不紧密、匹配低"的突出问题.以解决问题为抓手,构建和实践了以政府为指导,地方龙头企业为主体,职业教育学校为主导,形成了"对接产业、三方联动、联合培养"的现代学徒制人才培养模式.经过8年的实践检验,人才培养质量、教师团队教学、科研、实训基地建设、社会服务能力成效显著,形成了重大的示范推广作用.[Abstract]There are many outstanding problems existing in the training of automobile professionals,such as"no close connection,and low matching"between teaching and actual work of enterprises.Taking problem-solving as the starting point,we have constructed and practiced a modern apprenticeship talents training mode with the government as the guide,local leading enterprises as the main body,and vocational education schools as the leading ones,forming a"docking industry,three-party linkage and joint training".After eight years of practice,the quality of personnel training,the teaching of teacher teams,scientific research,the construction of practical training bases and the ability to provide social services have achieved remarkable results and have played an important role in demonstration and promotion.
