针对开展模拟低压高氧条件下蔬菜气体交换技术研究的需求,通过结构系统、温湿度与通风控制系统、大气总压与分压控制系统、植物培养系统以及测量与控制系统的设计,研制了小型低压蔬菜培养装置并进行了验证试验.结果表明,研制完成的小型低压蔬菜培养装置,运行稳定,环境参数如温度、湿度、总压、氧和CO2分压等均能进行有效的测量和控制;装置各项实际性能指标基本满足设计和试验要求,可用于低压高氧蔬菜培养试验,为建立低压环境受控生态生保系统奠定了一定的技术基础.%To meet the demands of research on the growing technique of vegetables under low total pressure and high oxygen partial pressure, the structural system, the temperature & humidity sys-tem, the total atmospheric pressure and partial pressure system, the plant cultivation system and the measurement & control system were designed and three sets of small-scale low pressure vegetable-cultivating facilities( SLPVF) were developed and verified. The test results showed that the facilities worked stably and their technical parameters such as temperature, relative humidity, air pressure, O2 partial pressure and CO2 partial pressure were all monitored and controlled effectively. The main technical indexes could meet the design and experiment requirements. The small-scale low pressure vegetable-cultivating experiments can be carried out in theses facilities. The development of the fa-cilities laid a solide foundation for the construction of low pressure controlled ecological life support system.
