空间站洗浴废水净化技术研究

         

摘要

针对空间站在航天员长期驻留期间因洗浴等个人卫生活动产生的废水的净化再利用需求,在对航天员洗浴废水处理要求、洗浴废水中污染物特性分析的基础上,提出了一套由消泡剂预处理、蒸汽压缩蒸馏处理和反渗透膜处理相结合的洗浴废水净化处理方案,并在系统样机上完成了方案的可行性及技术指标的试验测试,其中系统样机的废水处理速度为0.9~1.0 kg/h,水回收率为90%,功耗为300~ 320 W,回收水的主要水质指标为:总有机碳含量为2~4 mg/L,电导率为1~4 μS/cm,总氮含量为1~3 mg/L,pH值为6.5~8.结果表明该方案能耗低、水回收率高、净化水水质好,工程可用性较强.%Personal cleansing activities such as bathing will consume much water and produce wastewater when the astronauts reside in space station.Wastewater treatment and reclamation is very important for the reduction of the supply burden.After analyzing the needs of bathing wastewater treatment and the characteristics of the major pollutants,a scheme for bathing wastewater treatment with antifoaming agent pretreatment,steam compression distillation processing and reverse osmosis membrane processing was proposed,and the experimental study was carried out on the prototype.The test results of the prototype showed that the processing speed of wastewater was 0.9 ~ 1.0 kg/h,the recovery rate of water was 90%,and the power consumption of system was 300 ~ 320 W.The main water quality indicators of the purified water were as follows:the total organic carbon content was 2 ~ 4 mg/L,the electrical conductivity was 1 ~4 μS/cm,the total nitrogen content was 1 ~3 mg/L,and the pH value was 6.5 ~8.The proposed scheme of bathing wastewater treatment has the advantages of low power consumption,high recovery rate and high quality effluent.
