一种微型航天器对接机构的设计研究

         

摘要

针对立方星级别的微型航天器在轨对接任务,提出了一种通用对接机构的设计方案。方案采用捕获连接功能一体化设计,利用连接构件在对接靠近阶段形成捕获对接通道,提高了对接初始姿态偏差适应能力和相对姿态校正能力,并引入电磁力辅助对接过程。利用ADAMS软件对对接过程进行动力学仿真分析,结果表明,该设计方案能够实现可靠捕获和连接,完成两微型航天器的对接。%Aiming at the docking of two CubeSat-like spacecrafts, a universal docking mechanism design was proposed in this paper.In this design, the capture function and the connection function were integrated into one component.Using the connection component to form the capture channel could increase the mechanism’ s initial error alignment range.Electro-magnetic forces were used to assist the docking.The simulation of the docking mechanism was carried out using ADAMS.The simulation results showed that the proposed design could accomplish the mission of capturing and docking of two micro spacecrafts.
