The researches on high power bi-directional DC convertor were introduced in this paper . It is a key part in the space regenerative fuel cell system which has special requirements on power and environment .To ensure the reliable operation of DC under the harsh conditions , thermal analy-sis and thermal simulation were conducted on the structure and power component of the convertor , then verification test was made in the simulated space environment .According to the features of the system , integrated water and electron power structure was designed and power topology was opti-mized so as to meet the requirements on the mass , size and efficiency .The test on the developed 60 kW bi-directional DC convertor showed that it could satisfy the design requirements .%针对空间再生燃料电池能源系统的用电和环境要求,对其关键部件大功率双向DC变换器进行了研究.为保证苛刻环境下DC变换器可靠工作,对变换器结构、功率器件进行了热分析、热模拟,并在模拟空间环境中进行了验证.根据系统工作特点,进行水电一体化功率结构设计,优化电路拓扑,以满足空间对质量、体积和效率的高要求.最后对60 kW双向DC变换器样机进行了测试,测试表明该变换器满足设计要求.
