利用西门子电气对1400t精锻机进行电气及数控化改造

         

摘要

Based on the respect and complete understanding for the original equipment design philosophy, as well as the innovation according to the on-scene situation, we have carried on the electrical and numerical control transformation to the 1400 tons precision forging machines. In this way, we have realized the numerical control system modularization, the control circuit digitization, the control software intellectuali-zation, the hardware platform advancement, the fault diagnosis intuition, and the fault recovery intellec-tualization. We have completely replaced the ageing electrical system and realized numerical control which is really advanced, comprehensive, safe and reliable.%在尊重原设备设计思想的基础上,不迷信原设计,对原来的设计思路充分理解和消化,然后根据现场情况谨慎创新,对1400t精锻机进行了电气和数控化改造,实现和增加了数控系统的模块化、控制线路的数字化、控制软件的智能化、硬件平台的先进化、故障判断的直观化、故障修复的智能化设计,全面更换了1400t精锻机老化的电气系统,实现了优越先进、功能完备、安全可靠的系统数控化.
