The paper deals mainly with the techno-economics of trawlers in the inshore waters of our country, The inner relationship between technology and economics of trawlers has been set up through thc statistical analyses of the means of practical production. It provides a simple and rational method for the best way to choose the renewing programs of fishing boat, which is available for reference.
