AZ91D镁合金表面化学镀Ni-P-SiC复合镀层的结构与性能

         

摘要

采用化学复合镀的方法在AZ91D镁合金表面制备了Ni-P-SiC复合镀层,对其组织与相结构进行了SEM及XRD分析,并进行了电化学与磨损试验.结果表明:制备得到了均匀、致密、无明显缺陷的Ni-P-SiC复合镀层,SiC颗粒在镀层中分布均匀;复合镀层为非晶态结构,硬度高达643HV;复合镀层具有明显的钝化区,耐腐蚀性能优异,其耐磨性明显优于Ni-P镀层的.%Ni-P-SiC composite plating coating was prepared on the surface of AZ91D magnesium alloy by electroless composite plating.The microstructure and phase structure of the coating were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction.The electrochemical test and wear resistance test were performed.The results indicate that the uniform and dense Ni-P-SiC composite plating coating was prepared with no obvious defect.The SiC particles were uniformly dispersed in the coating.The composite coating exhibited an amorphous structure with a high micro-hardness of 643 HV.The coating had a evident passivation region, that showed excellent corrosion resistance.The wear resistance of the coating was superior to that of the Ni-P plating coating obviously.
