沉淀法制备氟磷灰石纳米粉体

         

摘要

Fluorapatite has been widely used due to its good biocompatibility and excellent chemical durability. Therefore,the study of the preparation of fluorapatite is important for its application.In this study,fluorapatite with different morphologies were synthesized by precipitation method,using Ca(NO3)2·4H2O,(NH4)2HPO4 and NH4F as the sources of Ca,P,and F,respectively.X-ray diffraction(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM)and transmission electron microscope(TEM)were adopted to characterize the prepared fluorapatite.The effects of reactant concentration,heat treatment and the pH levels of the synthetic environment on the morphology of fluorapatite were studied.The results showed that the size and length-diameter ratio of fluorapatite was quite different under different preparation condition(with a length range of 30-200 nm,a diameter range of 10-50 nm,a length-dia-meter ratio of 3-10).In addition,the mechanism of morphology control through crystal growth theory was also dis-cussed.%氟磷灰石由于具有良好的生物相容性和优异的化学稳定性而得到越来越多的应用,对其制备方法的研究显得十分重要。分别以Ca(NO3)2·4H2O、(NH4)2HPO4、NH4F为Ca源、P源、F源,采用沉淀法制备氟磷灰石纳米粉体。借助 X射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)和透射电镜(TEM)对反应产物进行表征,研究反应物浓度、热处理温度、合成环境的 pH 值对氟磷灰石形貌的影响。结果表明,随着制备环境条件的变化,氟磷灰石产物的尺寸和长径比差异较大,长度为30~200 nm,直径为10~50 nm,长径比为3~10,并依据晶体生长理论探索了不同制备条件对氟磷灰石形貌的影响机理。
