As new functional materials,polyimide (PI)nano-composite materials possess many special physical and chemical properties and have shown application potential in various fields.Firstly the preparation methods of PI nano-composite materials are reviewed.Then a comprehensive review is presented to introduce the progress of former researches on several kinds of PI nano-composite materials and the unique application advantages of PI nano-compo-sites.Finally future research trends and developments of PI nano-composite materials are prospected.%聚酰亚胺(PI)纳米复合材料作为新型功能材料，具有许多独特的物化性能，已经在各个领域表现出巨大的应用潜能。介绍了 PI 纳米复合材料的制备方法，重点综述了多种 PI 纳米复合材料的研究进展以及应用现状，并对 PI 纳米复合材料今后的研究方向和发展前景进行了展望。
