综述了热喷涂技术的基本概念,喷涂层的成型过程原理以及热喷涂的发展历史与现状.从喷涂方法、材料配比和工艺参数等方面介绍了防腐蚀涂层、抗高温氧化涂层、耐磨性涂层、热障涂层和生物涂层的研究进展,并阐述了上述功能涂层的应用原理,最后展望了热喷涂技术的研究方向.%Basic concept of thermal spraying technology, basic principle of the process and development of thermal spraying are described, respectively. Research progresses in anti-corrosion coating, high temperature oxidation resistant coating, abrasion resistant coating, thermal barrier coating and biological coating are reviewed from three factors: spray technique, powder proportion and spraying parameters. Simultaneously, the application principles of above-mentioned coatings are described. Finally, research direction and current issues are pointed out.
