The research progress on Ti-Ni-Hf high temperature shape memory alloy is reviewed. The fabrication and process method are briefly introduced. Additionally, phase transformation properties, microstructure, oneway and two-way shape memory effect, superelasticity behavior, mechanical properties and microscopic mechanism are focused on.
