采用超音速等离子喷涂技术制备了WC/Co涂层,利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射、显微硬度计对涂层的组织结构和硬度进行了表征.结果表明,超音速等离子喷涂层微观组织为多边形WC硬质相分布于Co基体中,未见WC分解现象.在涂层同基体结合界面处,部分区域喷涂粒子嵌入Al合金基体之中.与Al合金基体相比,超音速等离子喷涂层硬度显著提高,达到876HV0.2.%Ultrasonic plasma spray was used to produce WC/Co coating. Scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffractometer and microhardness tester were used to characterize the microstructure and hardness of the coating. Results show that coating consists of polygonal WC hard phase distributed in the Co matrix, and decomposition of WC was not found. Besides, in the interfacial area between coating and substrate spray particles embedding in the Al alloy substrate was observed. Compared with the Al alloy substrate, hardness of the plasma sprayed coating improved significantly to 876 HV0. 2.
