本体异质结有机太阳能电池的短路电流数值模拟与分析

         

摘要

利用数值方法研究了以P3HT∶PCBM为活性材料的本体异质结有机太阳能电池的短路电流密度与带隙宽度、活性层厚度以及温度的关系.结果表明:短路电流密度随带隙宽度的增大呈线性增大;随活性层厚度的增加呈抛物线分布,在160 nm附近短路电流密度有最大值;随温度升高呈线性增大趋势.%Using the numerical method,the relationship between polymer bandgap,active layer thickness,temperature and short current density within bulk heterojunction solar cells based on P3HT ∶ PCBM blend were studied.The results indicated that the short circuit current density increased linearly with the polymer bandgap increasing; It was parabolic with increasing the active layer thickness,and it was maximum when the active layer thickness was near 160 nm; It increased linearly with the temperature increasing.These results provide some reference value for the experimental research of organic solar cell.
