正交试验设计优化等离子喷涂纳米Al2O3-13%TiO2涂层工艺参数

         

摘要

In order to investigate the influence of process parameters of nanostructured Al籓3-13%TiO2 (mass fraction) coating during plasma spraying on the properties of the coating, an orthogonal array method was designed and a series of fabrication experiments were carried out to idenfify the optimum process parameters. Four main process parmeters controlling the quality of coatings were optimized to produce a maximum bonding strength; the parameters included spraying distance, spraying electric current, primary gas pressure and secondary gas pressure. The results show that the factor's effective sequence on the bonding strength first is spraying electric current, then spraying distance and primary gas pressure, secondary gas pressure at last The best process parameters for plasma spraying nanostructured Alz()3-13//oTiO2 coating are spraying distance of 110mm, spraying electric current of 87OA, primary gas pressure of 0. 31MPa and secondary gas pressure 0. 97MPa, and the optimized coating has a bonding strentgh of 31. 5MPa.%为了深入研究等离子喷涂纳米Al2O3-13 %TiO2(质量分数)工艺参数与涂层性能之间的关系,采用正交试验设计法,针对等离子喷涂过程中喷涂距离、喷涂电流、主气压力及辅气压力等4个主要参数,选用L9(34)正交表,以涂层结合强度为指标开展制备工艺参数的优化.结果表明,影响涂层结合强度的因素主次顺序是喷涂电流、喷涂距离、主气压力、辅气压力;等离子喷涂纳米Al2O3-13%TiO2最佳工艺参数为:喷涂距离110mm,喷涂电流870A,主气压力0.31MPa,辅气压力0.97MPa,优化工艺喷涂的涂层结合强度达到31.5MPa.
