基于氢敏材料的WO3溶胶稳定性的影响因素研究

         

摘要

采用钨粉和双氧水反应制备了WO3溶胶,考察了双氧水(H2O2)加入量、无水乙醇加入量、陈化温度和时间对溶胶稳定性的影响.研究表明,H2O2和乙醇的加入能增强WO3溶胶的稳定性,当H2O2与钨酸的物质的量比为1∶2、乙醇与WO3溶胶体积比为1∶2时,所制备的WO3溶胶在室温下可稳定存在3个月以上,溶胶成膜质量最佳.WO3溶胶陈化温度越高,溶胶的稳定时间越短.研究了WO3溶胶陈化时间与粘度的关系,并试验得出了最佳的成膜条件,即陈化时间越长,WO3溶胶粘度越大,当WO3溶液粘度为180~300mPa.s时成膜质量较好.%The nano colloidal WO3 was prepared by reaction of tungsten powder and H2O2, and the effects of H2O2 content, ethanol content, storage temperature and time on stability of WO2 sol were investigated. The results show that H2O2, and ethanol can enhance the stability of WO3 sol When the molar ratio of H2O2 and tungstic acid is ■ 1 : 2, the volume ratio of ethanol and tungstic acid is 1 : 2, the WO3 sol can be stabilized more than three months at room temperature, and the films made by the WO3 sol are best. With the increasing of storage temperature, the stability of WO3 sol is lower. The relationship between tungstenic acid's viscosity and storage time was researched, and the best filming condition was obtained: with the storage time is longer, the viscosity of WO3 sol is larger, and when the viscosity of WO3 sol is 180~300mPa · s, the quality of the film made by the sol is good.
